Since 2009 our School Garden Program has maintained a customized approach for each school.  We enjoy collaborating with classroom teachers, administrators, parents, and community members to reflect the unique cultures, learning needs, and specific gardens at each school.  Highly trained garden educators teach hands-on garden-based education focused on botany, soil science, pollination and insects, local birds, urban ecology, seasonal gardening, and basic cooking.  Experiential, place-based garden learning provides the perfect platform to practice and enhance skills in math, science, literacy, social studies, art, team work and collaboration.
